If you have never heard about George Lange, Here’s what you need to know.

He is more than a photographer.

Taking a glance at his pictures will make you hang on his art. Each picture is a new story. The colors. The energy depicted. The smiles. « I don’t like pictures, I don’t like the final product… but I love the process. »

I had the pleasure of talking to him about his career but also his views ont today’s world and politics. Today’s world = Coronavirus and the last American election. Joyful topics right ?

Nonetheless, the mood of conversation didn’t shift as you would expect it to : It was with a big smile that he shared his views on life in general and the importance of being at peace with self, but also how focusing on the little things in life benefits his art. This was an introduction to an amazing talk, full of laughs and good energy, where we had the opportunity to discuss the best and the bestest on Photography, his work with some celebrities (the behind the scenes of the picture of Bill Gates and Steve Jobs being besties on a staircase, Denis Rodman dressed as princess! and Justin Timberlake X Aaliyah’s photoshoot!) Last but not least, what makes him love the Art of Photography so much.
